NePa Lifestyle Co. ("NePa," "we," "us") operates nepa-world.com and its associated social channels, based at Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, why, and what rights you have over it.
The only personal information we currently collect through this site is the email address you provide when you sign up for our mailing list. We do not currently sell products or collect payment information through nepa-world.com.
When you sign up, our form also records the date and time of signup for our own records. Standard technical data any web server sees, like your browser type and general location from your IP address, is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, as part of running the site securely.

Under both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing your email address. You give that consent by submitting the signup form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and mailing list. Netlify, our website host, processes form submissions and stores them securely. Any email service we use to send updates only has access to your email address for that purpose. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
The Visit section of this site embeds a Google Map, which sets cookies from Google once you accept them through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we will remove it from our active mailing list within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep a record of consent withdrawal.
Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, or withdraw consent to future emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link).
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Thailand, you can contact Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
